Senior Corporate Counsel -- Litigation (REMOTE)

Role: Senior Corporate Counsel - Commercial Litigation
Location: Telecommuting / remote from within the US

You will be leading matters pertaining to the organization, including litigation and dispute resolution with customers, partners and others. You will provide a variety of services and counseling to Oracle's departments and divisions including representing Oracle in commercial litigation, and other legal or administrative actions or investigations (but not employment matters); supervising and coordinating matters handled by outside counsel; managing electronic discovery for litigation matters; and may develop and provide legal training to internal clients on an as-needed basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 - 8 years of litigation experience in a law firm or in-house
• Experience in the high tech area and copyright litigation
• Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• At ease handling many matters at a time
• Outstanding work ethic
• Organized and detail oriented
