Education & Experience Requirements:
- J.D. degree and membership in good standing in at least one state bar.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a licensed attorney for a law firm or in-house corporate counsel in a technology company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Legal Officer, performs the following duties and responsibilities other duties may be assigned:
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial agreements, sometimes in collaboration with colleagues on our international legal team. Be prepared to work on complicated contracts, as these are innovative teams.
- Primary legal department support for customer contract compliance
- Primary legal department support for gaming related compliance, including AML, Anti-corruption, KYC, and associated monitoring
- Proven ability to manage independently a large number and variety of critical projects.
- Sound and practical business judgment and a keen interest in deeply understanding the business.
- Consistent, responsive, high-quality legal service in a dynamic business environment.
- Recommends to Chief Legal Officer strategy, policies and procedures.
- Establishes legal competencies and provides training and mentoring.
- At the direction of the Chief Legal Officer develops and interprets department and enterprise policies.
- At the direction of the Chief Legal Officer, works with management across the enterprise.
- Support commercial deal structuring, negotiations and agreement drafting and implementation.
- Review marketing, advertising and promotional materials for compliance with relevant advertising, privacy, consumer law etc.
- Early identification, advice and resolution of legal and compliance risks, effective management of contracting requirements.
- Advising on global privacy law compliance, including data protection, data retention, data security, and data breach rules.
- Assists and supports Chief Legal Officer in legal, administrative, and budgetary matters, as requested, including departmental goals and objectives.
