Job Description:
We are seeking an AVP, Senior Legal Counsel that is motivated, self-reliant lawyers with unique litigation experience to join our Litigation team. This role involves managing a fast-paced, diverse, and complex national commercial litigation docket, working closely with in-house colleagues, outside counsel, and business clients. Well-qualified candidates will have recent trial experience at federal government agencies such as DOJ, SEC, or US Attorneyβs office, or supervisory experience in large corporate litigation departments. Candidates must be effective communicators, creative, strategic, and work well in a team environment. Excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 7 years of experience are required. Class-action and multi-district litigation experience are a plus. Interested candidates should provide a resume, writing sample, references, and GPA / class rank. This position requires office presence 5 days per week and the Dallas Office is strongly preferred.
