THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.

This candidate will report to the General Counsel and be an integral member of the legal team responsible for the day-to-day legal work for contract drafting and negotiation for the company's three customer segments and the procurement organization.
The ideal candidate will have law firm and/or in-house experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of agreements and working with clients in the pharmaceutical industry, and experience with customer-facing and procurement agreements is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable of laws and regulations applicable to the industry, and should be able to apply such laws, regulations and standards to inform business activities.Β Experience negotiating contracts for a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) is preferred but not required.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience.
