The IGT Legal Department is seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney who will support IGTβs global supply-chain and procurement function in connection with its Lottery business and Corporate operations. The position involves providing general commercial legal support and addressing a spectrum of sophisticated legal, business and strategic issues, with a focus on review, negotiation, and drafting a range of B2B commercial contracts, including vendor agreements for the procurement of products and services, outsourcing agreements, hosting and infrastructure agreements, manufacturing agreements, SaaS agreements, and software and IP licensing agreements.Β
As part of the wider IGT Legal Department, you will also have the opportunity to work on other external and internal facing projects and legal matters. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performance environment, helping IGT lead a wide range of legal and business challenges.Β
This position will report directly to the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, located in the UK. There may be the chance to lead a junior attorney or paralegal in the US as part of this role.Β

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
