Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled corporate attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working with insurance brokers, carriers, regulatory agencies, or in insurance defense. This role requires deep expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements, as well as a strong understanding of brokerage services, claims management, risk management, insurance carriers, and related regulatory matters.
The successful candidate will play a key role in servicing diverse business units, each specializing in different areas of client risk. Agreements will vary in complexity, ranging from service agreements and non-disclosure agreements to contracts with carriers and third-party intermediaries. This position requires the ability to understand complex concepts, identify and address potential issues, and deliver practical solutions that align with the companyβs values and risk tolerance.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 β $150,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
