The Role: Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel | California (Los Angeles, Oakland, or Remote)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Litigation Senior Counsel to join a nationally recognized law firm. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex litigation matters within the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit while collaborating with a dynamic and innovative legal team.

In this position, you will:

• Conduct factual investigations and manage comprehensive discovery processes.
• Prepare pleadings, draft motions, and effectively argue cases in state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions, engage in mediation, and provide strategic legal counsel.
• Represent clients in administrative matters and arbitrations, delivering innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit to develop and execute legal strategies tailored to client needs.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

• Years of Practice: Minimum of 10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation.
• Litigation Background: Strong experience in state and federal court proceedings, with exposure to administrative matters and arbitrations preferred.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Bar Membership: Active California bar license and residency in California.
