About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Commercial Counsel to join Skydioβs world-class Legal team. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team and other cross-functional partners to draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. You will be instrumental in shaping the legal and business framework that fuels Skydioβs strategic growth, whether by closing deals, refining partnership processes, or advising business leaders on risk-aligned strategies to accelerate sales.

Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of options, comprehensive benefits, and various incentives and stipends. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $144,100 - 233,750*.
