PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE: PBF), one of the largest independent petroleum refiners and suppliers of unbranded transportation fuels, heating oil, petrochemical feedstocks, lubricants and other petroleum products in the United States, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Counsel, Securities and Finance. The AGC will report to the General Counsel and work closely with the Finance, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams to prepare SEC filings, and provide in-depth counsel on SEC compliance, corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and general corporate law. The role will also include managing outside counsel.The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five to ten (5-10) years of legal experience as a legal professional, experience at a top-tier law firm or as in-house counsel preparing and reviewing SEC filings and working on complex transactional and commercial matters.
