Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Ability to drive to off-site meetings.
Minimum Qualifications
● Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and eligibility for admission to Maryland Bar. ● Minimum of five years of relevant legal experience. ● Substantial legal experience in a range of real estate matters, with a solid working knowledge of general business law and matters. ● Outstanding writing, verbal, interpersonal and research skills. ● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ● Ability to think strategically, solve problems creatively, and provide advice.
